Tim Coaker founded Port Denison builders in 2009. A qualified carpenter, estimator, scheduler and building surveyor completing his Builders Registration and Diploma of Building was the natural next step.
Since then he has completed hand over on a number of large and small builds as well as many renovations and extensions across the Mid West region.
In 2012 Tim’s excellent work was recognised by the Master Builders Association Mid West Awards with Tim receiving the Judges Innovation 400k to 500k Contract Home, Energy Efficient House and Best New Builder.
Tim is husband, father to 2 boys and keen active member of the Dongara Surf Life Saving Club and Dongara Junior Football Club.
